This was a fairly simple install, for a really nice upgrade. Our last one looked like it was there since the house was built (old), and we wanted to liven up the place we look at every day. The install took an inexperienced plumber ~40 minutes to get the old one off (hardest part, ~30 of those minutes) and throw this one on. I didn't do the drain since I haven't watched enough YouTube videos to be confident, but it looks like just another weekend project for the sink to really come together.I didn't get any 'cheap' feeling when installing the new sink, and we've been using it for about a month now and haven't had anything come up yet, no drips. I also used to not care for the 360 swivel, but it is nice here/there when you're cleaning the sink or if you're trying to place something larger in the bowl that otherwise would be hindered by the spout. If you're a bit OCD though, it does hurt to look at it if it's not left perfectly 90 degrees, but I can live with it haha.Overall, I'd buy another one of these! I don't think it's overpriced, it's working exactly as expected, and all the colors available easily match any bathroom!
I love this faucet! I didn't know swivel faucets existed for bathrooms so I was thrilled. My old sink faucet made it so difficult to fit anything under it and now I can just move it to the side and back. It looks very very nice in my bathroom and it was easy to install that I want to do the other bathroom too. I personally followed a video tutorial to visually see how faucets are installed in general and that helped me better than the paper instructions it came with. I was a bit confused that it didn't come with a deck plate, so I ended up sealing around the faucet with clear caulk so water doesn't leak from it and I'm glad I did because I realize now we splash water everywhere, and a lot of it. Use your best judgement to figure out if you'd want to caulk yours or not.I like that it came with the drain stop to match and the new hot/cold tubes; it's a great value because you don't have to go out and buy those yourself. I would have never thought to change the drain! The water flows beautifully and the water pressure is perfect, it put my old dinky faucet to shame! Random, but the overall shape and structure of the faucet actually makes it easy to clean. There aren't many tight spots in which mold could form so I appreciated that. Great quality faucet that adds personality to your counter!
